If Cresswell is out as I expect, we will be ripped a new one down the flanks and Arsenal like United will easily find pockets of space behind our defence.
Whatever team we pick from those availables will unlikely be good enough to withstand a team that is the best at possession football in the league.
Expect 70 - 80% possession in their favour and sadly as soon as we try to attack them we will be at out most vulnerable.
The midfield combinations we play do not work or press hard enough when we do not have it or are not fit or pacey enough to be effective at it and when we do get it we have no forward outlet.
Our only hope is the Chinadoll Carroll coming on late to score another hattrick after months out. No hope really :-(

Well if the team we put out sits back and lets them dictate the game like the Mancs did last night it isn't worth turning up.Get at them ffrom the off,get in their faces,don't let them settle into their tippy tappy football all the way to our goal.Need to get at least a point to give us some hope for the Scousers.

I don't think Ayew can tow the front line but I don't think we have another option. 5 other starters played 90 minutes last night. The only thing we have going for us is the fact we pretty much threw in the towel after 60 minutes.
